WE DO NOT DELIVER OUTSIDE THE NATIONAL TERRITORY.
Shipping costs vary depending on the product chosen and delivery location. The value will be indicated during the purchase, before finalizing the order.

Credit Card - Immediate
Bank slip - Up to 3 business days (PagSeguro deadline)

SHIPPING / DELIVERY TIME
Shipping - Up to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.
Delivery - Delivery time varies according to the city, state and type of shipping chosen at the time of purchase (PAC or SEDEX).
The deadlines provided by CORREIOS are counted from the dispatch of the order, and not from the confirmation of payment.

* All products that are in the pre-sale status show the expected date for the start of shipments. Customers who purchase pre-sale products have preference and will receive the products before other customers. For orders containing products with different delivery times, the longest deadline will prevail. In this case, we suggest creating two orders, one with ready-to-ship items and another exclusive order with pre-sale items. Any changes to dates, we will keep buyers informed with email notices.
If, upon delivery of the product, the packaging is damaged, refuse to receive it and notify our Customer Service immediately by e-mail: contato@ouricoloja.com.br


IN CASE OF INVOLUNTARY RETURN - POST OFFICE
In case of return by Correios claiming “invalid address”, “unknown recipient”, “moved”, “owner not found” or similar situation, the total or partial reversal/cancellation of the transaction will be carried out with the card administrator (if the purchase was made by credit card), or via bank deposit into an account with the same ownership as the purchase (if it was paid by bank slip).
